SHIPPING

• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
• We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 48 Hours.
• In case of customized products, shipping time may vary depending upon the customization.
• We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
• You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, in order details section.
• Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 5-7 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +919819747140 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

At www.asyaonline.in All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Refunds/Returns will be accepted only if the item is found faulty/defective on delivery and should be reported to the company within 2 days of delivery including any holidays. This must be notified to Us via email and the product must be shipped back to us with all the tags intact. Goods must not be damaged after the delivery. The original bill of the product must be returned along with the Product.

We will take the returned product back with us and grant credit for the value of the returned product, which will be credited to your account. Such credit shall be available and may be used to pay any subsequent invoice. If the Customer demands a refund or in any case the Company is not able to replace the Products returned by the Customer, the Company shall refund the full amount refund paid by the Customer and shall be equivalent to the transaction price received by the Company in Indian Rupees. All refunds shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).

CANCELLATIONS

After placing an order, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer shall call on +919819747140 or send an email to vru.asya@gmail.com along with the details of the order that need to be cancelled and can ask for cancellation of the order by mentioning a valid reason. You can cancel your order online only before the item has been dispatched/shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you cannot cancel the order. Refund will be made in the same form in which the payment has been received within 7 working days.
